“ I eat well here every time I’m in Kalamazoo - always surprised at the new flavors but happy to see old favorites on the menu. Most best is to enjoy a drink or two downstairs prior to the fine dining. ”
“ We are indeed attached to O'Duffy's and Cosmos Cucina, our local pub in the Vine District of Kalamazoo, MI. We usually have their weekly suggestions with our drinks, but sometimes go for a proper meal with friends. Their somewhat eclectic cuisine is always an enjoyment although timing is a recurrent issue. With the coming out of the pandemic they are trying new arrangements, so now we sit at a table painted with the Irish flag in the parking lot round the back, but we feel safe from viral intrusions. I recommend their New Zealand lamb rack or pasta with asparagus, never a disappointment. ”

I had the duck, which I recommend enthusiastically, and paired it with a Michigan Riesling from Black Star Farms. The semi-dry wine was the perfect pairing with the duck and sweet blueberry glaze. For dessert, I selected the chocolate mousse, which was also very good. Bring your friends for a first-class meal and pleasant company in this quaint neighborhood hangout, and prepare for a pleasant surprise. ”
